A pantry that feels like a small grocery store
In 2017, Thistlecup moved into its own storefront. Today, about 640 households shop with us each month. The shelves, produce, bread, and dairy are there so households can choose food they will use.

Thistlecup started with four shelves in a church basement, built by Lorraine Bexley, a retired school cafeteria manager who believed people should get to choose their own food.
